Giving Day Challenges

In honor of the life and legacy of Al Salvino, Carole Salvino will match the first $25,000 in gifts to kick off Champagnat Day as this year’s Early Bird Challenge.

Mary Ann and Ed Wood ‘74 will match all gifts between 12-1pm up to $10,000.

Rob Figliulo ‘72 will match all gifts between 2:30pm - 3:30pm up to $2,500 in memory of former Dean, Al Brazen.

Jen & Gerald Beeson ‘90 are offering the Final Push Challenge. They will match dollar for dollar up to $25,000 to get us to the finish line for Champagnat Day 2026.

Alumni Class Challenges

Mike Lombard will match all donations up to $5,000 from members of the Class of ‘72!

Last year, the Class of 1973 raised $13,400. This year, we challenge you to raise $15,000!

Last year, the Class of 1974 raised $12,004 from 25 donors. This year, we challenge you to raise $15,000!

Jim Bergamini has donated a $1,500 gift and will match an additional $1,500 if 40 or more members of the Class of ’76 make a gift.

Dan Lombard will match all donations up to $5,000 from members of the Class of ‘77!

Last year, the Class of 1979 raised $8,950. This year, we challenge you to raise $10,000!

In memory of Richard Ach ’80, an anonymous donor will match all Class of ’80 donations up to $5,000.

Dan Brennan will match all donations up to $2,500 from members of the Class of ‘82!

Tammy and Tim Stanton will match any new donation made by a classmate up to $1,500, and Mary and Ed Mahoney will match all donations up to $2,500.

Tim O'Connell will match all donations up to $2,500 from members of the Class of ‘84!

Matt Walsh will donate $1,985 when 25 or more of his classmates donate!

Mike McCarthy will match all donations up to $2,000 from members of the Class of ‘90!

Jeff Nowak will match all donations up to $500 from members of the Class of ‘91!

Luke Cosme will match all donations up to $1,000 from members of the Class of ‘92!

Paul Hollock will match all donations up to $1,500 from members of the Class of ‘97!

Last year, the Class of 1998 raised $6,700. This year, we challenge you to raise $7,000!

An Anonymous alum will match all donations up to $10,000 from members of the Class of ‘05!

Patrick Couture, Frank Bruno, and Dave Barrett will match all donations up to $2,006 from members of the Class of ‘06!

Patrick Elwood will match all donations up to $500 from members of the Class of ‘07!

Jim Reilly will match all donations up to $2,009 from members of the Class of ‘09!

Clubs & Activities Challenges

Dan Hickey '11 will match all donations up to $1,500 from former student council members!

Last year, the Theater challenge raised $1,850. This year, we challenge you to raise $2,000!

In honor of Marist legend Frank Manna, Bob Klinger ‘80 will match up to $2,500.

In honor of Mr. Owen Glennon’s 50th year, his son Owen Glennon ’02 will match gifts from his father’s former students to the Mr. Glennon Challenge, up to $2,000.

Group Challenges

Last year, the Coed Challenge raised $6,551. This year, we challenge you to raise $7,000!

Chris Lawler '81 will match all donations up to $5,000 from the professionals in the field of law.

Sean Gallagher ’92 and Jason DeJonker ’93 will match all gifts from fellow Chick Evans Scholars up to $7,500.

In honor of a late Marist alum, faculty member, or Marist friend, please consider making a gift in their memory to support Marist.

Last year, the Medical Challenge raised $1,540. This year, we challenge you to raise $2,000!

In honor of the 200th Kairos Retreat, Colleen Pochyly will match all gifts up to $2,500.

Steve Larson '76 will match all donations up to $5,000 from the Faculty & Staff!

Seniors, Class of 2026, we challenge you to pledge $5 each year for the next 5 years, of a total of $25. Those who commit receive a Marist Pin for graduation and will be entered into a raffle to win a free prom bid.

Juniors, Class of 2027, we challenge you to compete against the other classes. Donate to be entered into a raffle to pick your own parking spot on campus.

Sophomores, Class of 2028, we challenge you to compete against the other classes. Donate to be entered into a raffle and win a $200 gift certificate to the Marist bookstore.
